THE FINE PRINT
PARKING & TRANSPORT
Look for free 2-hour limit “Visitor Parking” spots on Lime and Chestnut Streets, steps away from our studio. Metered parking is also available on Charles and Beacon Street. The Boston Common Garage is located two blocks away. T Stations: Red Line - Charles/MGH (6-min. walk); Green Line - Arlington or Park Street (10-min. walk).
LATE ARRIVALS
If you know you may be running late, we kindly ask that you call ahead and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee that we can still keep your appointment and may have to ask you to reschedule.
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hours advance notice by email only. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours and “No-Shows” will be charged the 100% of service amount.
PAYMENT
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards, including American Express and Discover. Cash tips are appreciated and preferred, but can also be added to card payments.
GIFT CARDS
Pamper those you care most about. Gift cards for any amount may be purchased at our salon or over the phone. Shipping is free.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not extend refunds on services rendered. If you have any concerns or questions about your services, please let us know within seven days and we’ll do our best to schedule you for the earliest available appointment for a complimentary adjustment. Products may be returned or exchanged with a valid receipt.
